1. Orders & Payments
All orders must be fully paid before processing.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Orders are confirmed only after payment is received.
2. Stockpiling & Pick-Up Policy
Customers may stockpile orders for a maximum of 7 days (1 week).
Within this period, you must either:
Pick up your order, or
Request delivery through our “Deliver My Order” service.
Orders not collected or delivered within 7 days will be resold. The value will be kept as store credit, which must be used within 30 days (1 month).
After 30 days, both the goods and money are forfeited. We will not issue refunds or accept claims.
3. Delivery
Delivery timelines may vary by location and logistics partners.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services.
Customers must provide accurate delivery information.
4. Returns & Exchanges
Goods once sold are not returnable or refundable, except in a case where wrong item is sent.
All pick-up orders must be confirmed before leaving the store. Complaints about missing, defective, or wrong items will not be entertained after pick up.
For delivery orders, issues must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order.
5. Product Availability
Products are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
If an item becomes unavailable after your order, we will notify you and provide an alternative or store credit.
6. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing correct personal and delivery details.
We are not liable for issues caused by incorrect information provided.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for damages, losses, or claims arising from misuse of goods, delivery delays, or events beyond our control.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms & conditions when necessary. Customers are encouraged to review them regularly.
